Cake wreck? (no pine trees were actually eaten, but the rocks were edible...)
I was full of good intentions, and the 11 year old boys at the party thought it was 'awesome', so I guess that is all that matters. And Charlie was thrilled that I found Travis Pastrana (his favorite dirt bike rider) on a Suzuki, AND wearing a Red Bull helmet.
The joys of being an (almost) twelve year old boy.
Speaking of boy joy:
We nearly had the skatepark to ourselves on Saturday morning-KQ was rocking in the background, and the kids were in heaven. 
We finished up our day-o-fun with lunch at Sonic. Life doesn't get much better than that.
Someday when I am 70 (god willin'), I will remember this day, and the big smiles these boys had on their faces, with the pure fun of riding a bike, and hanging out with friends.
OMG that rocks, Kristi!!!! You are uber talented and such a great mom. You should've taken the boys for pedicures after their ride. xoxo,t
