LOVE the BBC

All I want to do on Sunday night is curl up and watch "Masterpiece Mystery"  followed by "Doc Martin".

If you have never seen Doc Martin, here is what Wikipedia can tell you:

"Doc Martin" is a British television comedy drama starring Martin Clunes. It was created by Dominic Minghella, and is filmed on location in and around the fishing village of Port Isaac, Cornwall, United Kingdom, with filming of most interior scenes and production carried out in a converted barn at a local farm. There have been four completed series of the show, and a feature-length special that first aired on Christmas Day, 2006.

Martin Clunes is adorable, gruff yet with a heart of gold, buried really far down....the town's headmistress is played by Caroline Catz (I first found her in "Murder in Suburbia", another excellent series) and their relationship is full of spark and frustration on the part of the viewer.

I started watching it last year, but will need to order the episodes I have missed from Netflix.  I love the scenery, the townspeople, it's a gem!  I really need to get to England one of these days....
